MultiMind is an AI-powered platform that enables users to compare, debate and synthesise responses generated by multiple independent artificial intelligence models.

Depending on your subscription plan, the Service may include:

• multi-model AI debates;
• AI consensus generation;
• traditional AI chat;
• follow-up conversations;
• debate history;
• saved conversations;
• subscriptions and monthly usage allowances;
• additional features introduced over time.

We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• keep your login credentials confidential;
• maintain accurate account information;
• promptly update any inaccurate information;
• notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• generate unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory or fraudulent content;
• promote violence or criminal activity;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service;

• circumvent subscription limits, quotas, rate limits or billing mechanisms;

5. AI-Generated Content

MultiMind provides responses generated by third-party AI models.

AI-generated content:

• may be inaccurate;
• may contain factual errors;
• may be incomplete;
• may become outdated over time.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated output before relying upon it.

The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, engineering or other professional advice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, questions and other content you submit to the Service.

By submitting content, you grant MultiMind a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, transmit and store that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you upload.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the Service, including but not limited to:

• software;
• source code;
• databases;
• user interface;
• branding;
• logos;
• trademarks;
• documentation;
• design elements;

remain the exclusive property of MultiMind or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• prices are displayed before purchase;
• subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, where applicable;
• you may cancel renewal at any time;
• cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• monthly allowances are non-transferable and do not roll over between billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing in the future. Any price changes will apply only after reasonable prior notice.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• maintenance;
• infrastructure failures;
• third-party outages;
• security incidents;
• events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for temporary interruptions.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• you violate these Terms;
• your use creates security risks;
• fraudulent activity is suspected;
• required by law;
• necessary to protect the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time.

Following termination, your right to access the Service immediately ends.

Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the MultiMind website.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal data is processed as described in that Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including:

• Stripe;
• Supabase;
• OpenRouter;
• Cloudflare;
• Lovable.

Their services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

MultiMind is not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that:

• the Service will always be available;
• AI responses will be accurate;
• outputs will be complete;
• the Service will be error-free;
• defects will always be corrected.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MultiMind and its owners, operators, employees and partners shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages;
• incidental damages;
• consequential damages;
• loss of profits;
• loss of business;
• loss of goodwill;
• loss of data;
• business interruption.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MultiMind during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiMind and its operators against claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:

• your misuse of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• your infringement of third-party rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the country in which the MultiMind operator is established, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made:

• the Last Updated date will be revised;
• we may notify users by email or within the Service.

Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
